How do you get a person to see another person's lies?

A close friend of mine has been going out with this boy and with his reputation... I can sadly say that he isn't the best guy for her.

They have been going out for about 4 weeks now and she is coming to me telling me that he told her that he loved her and she thinks that he may be 'the one' for her to well give it up to. She's only sixteen (legal in the UK) but how can I let her see that just because somebody comes to say 'I Love You' doesn't mean that you have to just into bed with them. I'm scared that she'll end up regretting it or that he'll end up hurting her (he has been known to do things like that). She just can't see through his lies and she won't listen to me. What do I do? Should I let her find out for herself or quickly put an end to it?

you should let her know. if she finds out you knew how he was and didnt tell her she will just be angry with you. Trust me honestly is the best policy in this situation(:
