  1. 1. Log onto YouTube and go into your channel profile page

    2. Select the "Edit Channel" tab

    3. Select the "Channel Design" link on the left side

    4. Go to the section titled "Advanced Design Customisation"; under this you need to go to "Background Image"

    5. You will need to enter a URL image address into this section. The address must start with http://www.

    6. You can get images from

    http://www.yahoo.com

    http://www.google.com

    http://www.photobucket.com (Use “Direct Link” Code)


  2. How to Get a Background on YouTube

    1 Go on YouTube.com.

    2 Log in or create an account.

    3 Go to Google

    4 Click on "Images".

    5 Type in the url leading to the picture you want.

    6 Click on the picture so it enlarges.

    7 Right click and hit "Copy".

    8 Paste into Youtube.

    9 Click "Update your Channel."

    10 There you go!

    use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/lyrics/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv... finally upload.

    or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

    this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

    Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

    It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.

    It works very well....just google search for "zillatube"

  3. These are step-step directions on how:

    1)Go to Goggle, Face book or any of your photo sharing sites.

    2)Go to the Photo you want as your background.

    3)Get the link of it, in Goggle it should say it in the address bar.

    4)Go to You Tube and Go to your channel

    5)Go to Edit Channel and Go to Channel Design

    6)Scroll down and find a box saying background URL.

    7)Paste it and click repeat or not.

    8)Update Channel and go to your channel and its there
