How do you get a picture like this?

What do you do on photoshop to make the colors like that?

Go to Image>adjustments>hue/saturation and raise the saturation. Click OK and go to image>adjustments>brightness/contrast. Raise the contrast a little bit. Go back to hue/saturation and desaturate the image slightly. Now go to image> adjustments>variations, and click "more blue" maybe twice or three times.

When your done, you can raise the contrast and lower the brightness SLIGHTLY if you want.
