How do you get a picture on ure user please help me!!!!!!?

If you mean an avatar, go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and create one. If it doesn't show up automatically when you return to Y! Answers, go to your My Q & A section [click on your grey face], click 'edit my info'.. and select 'Use my Y! Avatar." Save it.

To create your avatar go to http://avatar.yahoo.com create and customize your avatar. Make sure you save it.

To show your picture you have to create a 360 page. Go to http://360.yahoo.com and upload some photos.

Then return to http://answers.yahoo.com and go to your Q&A. Click on Edit my profile and there select to show your avatar or your 360 picture.

Note: In order to have a 360 page you have to be 18 or older.
