best way is by email type in a random email they might be friends

it's called a pen pal, and you can go to different websites. Just type pen pals under google. It will also depend on your age cause some pen pals you have to 13 or older.

It depends. I did this one thing once where we wrote to the kids in Africa, and gave them school supplies and things for school, like pencils, pens, stickers, and toys. They wrote back and put the stickers we gave them on the papers. It was soo awesome.

But there is a site where you can choose what country they are from, and I think thier age. I've heard it's reallly fun! Good Luck!
