  1. go to a player's profile and click interaction..then you might have the possibility to tell him to learn from an experienced player they choose for you..it doesn't always work for any player..

  2. Go to the player that you want to be tutored's profile and click player interaction. If the player is young then there will be an option to tell him that he can learn from player x.

  3. select the player you want to be tutored . go into player interaction and choose and choose your tutor.

  4. I think you go to your team then pick the player you want to make tutor then COMPARE them with the other player that you wish to be tutored and will say on the left hand side tutor player.

  5. By going into the player to be tutored's profile.  Go to interact with player and then state that 'he could learn a lot from (player to be tutored by)'.

  6. Tutoring young players is one of the most undervalued and misinformed features of the game. Using tutoring effectively can develop young players at faster rates and give them preferred moves they would otherwise not have.

To ensure you get the best out of tutoring, check a players Coach Report for any tutoring recommendations (eg. Player X would benefit from being tutored by Player A) and follow those hints, also check personalities, nationalties and position. If players play in different position the tutoring is useless and sometimes highly detrimental, if the players have different personalities or nationalites (speak different languages) then the benefits of th tutoring will be severely decreased.

Lastly the major aspect of tutoring is what you say when you start the tutoring. The 3 options given range from "ideal role model" which alots the most time for tutoring, "would benefit form adopting style" is the medium time option, and finally "can learn from" is the shortest time. By setting different times you can affect the amount of moves learnt, the skill increase, and by using shorter times the amount of variety in tutoring players.
