How do you get a radio on your site? (or a good site to make)?

making a fan site and i want to DJ on it but don't know hot to get a radio on there, and if so how do you connect sam broadcaster fire bird to that site

You have to pay loyalty fee's in most area's of the world now before you can stream any kind of music and line, the fee's run into $1000's of dollers per year and and are the cause for most online radio stations closing down. if you can find a loophole in the system or know you don't have to pay them. then you have an issue with SAM. From experience I know that having it connected online can bring in nasty viruses and other things if you don't have your MYSQL data base set up securly. Again if you know how to configure that correctly go for it. You will need an encoder to beable to use SAM to stream. Check out shoutcast, it's the most popular broadcasting service. Encoders are paid for Monthly and they start from $10 per month. depending on how many listener slots you want. Once you have installed SAM you will need to configure it. There is a tools and view option at the top, If you go to that and view encoder, Click the little plus button on the box that appears and enter the information of the encoder / server you purchased.
