Be yourself. I know it sounds corny but if you say Hi and are friendly and nice (not too much at once), then go about your own interests then if she is open to more she will be nice back and seek you out. People are fascinated by other people who have strong interests that keep them busy. You never know what is going on with someone in their head or homes. Don't take it personally and keep being nice. The right girl will be nice back and make you feel comfortable being just who you are without playing games with your head.

Just be nice and dont harass her! We hate that! I'm a 12 year old girl, so i now. You know like open doors, pull out chairs, and dont be rude to anyone when you are around her. If you wanna give her the idea that you really like her stare at her for just a few seconds, but make eye contact!
