How do you get a song on the radio?

My dad made a real good song about life now.Not all that rappin' c**p.So I want to surprise him with a chance.He doesn't want to become famous he just wanted to make a song.But it's real good.So can someone help me?

Have you posted it on you-tube yet?  Tat is a good way to get lots of free exposure.

You can also send a copy to your smaller local radio stations.  They may have a "local Music" shoe or program where they could air it.
