How do you get a stinkin FEEBAS in pokemon diamond!!!!

rrrrrr........ im fed up now cuz i cant find a stinkin feebas im losing my patience now. help would be granted!!!!!!!

u have to use a super rod at mt cornet, but it's super rare. U have to have patience. I remeber it took me 3 days to catch a feebas on emerald, but also it took me 30 min. to catch one on Diamond.
