  1. If you used an existing frame you didn't build it from scratch, did you?

  2. Talk to the revenue office.

  3. What was the track bike frame?

In the UK the title goes to the frame, rather then the engine.

Who ever built the frame is the title of the bike. If its a one off only , you may need to take it to " Mira " for a full SVA test to make sure its safe. That in the real world means a 2 day que and £369.99 out of pocket.

If it is just a bitsa ( a frame from here and engine from there ) [ which its sounds like it is ] then you can re-register it will the DVLA, but they will need frame vin numbers, engine vin numbers and a SVA test ( if needed ) to go any further.

  4. only way i can think of is your gonna have to buy a frame like the one you used to build your bike from SCRATCH with and make sure this one has a title with it and use it, other than that youve been had i beilieve
