  1. It won't be easy, if it's possible at all. Primer is made to stick.Try soaking the stain in orange hand cleaner, varsol, citrus based paint stripper, or artist's brush restorer. That's the order of strength of those things, try first whatever you have handy, move to the next if it doesn't work. Let it soak for a day or so and then scrub with a toothbrush. If the stain starts to come off, great, soak it again, moving up in strength if you must. After, or if, the stain comes out, rinse the shirt in soapy water before putting in the washer. If none of those work, I guess that's your painting shirt from now on, the top part of your painter's whites uniform.
