1. Charm them with your hot accent.

2. Say something totally cheesy or witty but romantic. Compliment her, work your charm. Be totally confident. Americans basically believe anything.

3. If that doesn't work, tell them you're royalty, or rich.

My European (just a friend at the time) got me drunk and then grabbed my hand while we were walking back to his sister's apartment.  When we got there everything was hilarious... next thing I know I'm patting the bed for him to lay down next to me (I'm incredibly shy and that never would've happened without the booze) and then we were all over each other all night long.  Ahhh... memories!
