How do you get an internet picture as your avatar?

I've tried and tried, but I can't!

I have a 360 Page, but when I try to get an internet picture, it confuses me!!!

By the way, Shana, I know you're an expert! You change yours about every week! Please help!

be JPEG files.

be less than 5MB in size.

not include contact information, your name, or other text in the image.

not contain adult-oriented content or nudity.

not contain obscene or objectionable content.

These are the guidelines

If you find the right size picture, you can rigt click on it and ''save picture as''

Then you go to your 360,''edit personal photo''

Click on ''browse''

upload the picture you save by clicking on the picture, it will get a highlight around it,then just click the ''open. This put the picture on there and set as primary and save.

You need a 360 page to do this

just  selct a person in IM

then right click the picture ikon

there u can get an option called" Share my pictuer"

there u cna change ur pictuere
