Do what Kfranco suggested but loose your bikini top or bottom or even both, while doing so and ask for assistance. I am sure that you will not go unnoticed.

Or you could just fall over at their feet while they are changing to or from their wetties in the car park. I am sure that they would notice you that way also.

Step 1. Wear a bikini.

Step 2. Rent a surfboard.

Step 3. Hit the waves and wait for a guy to offer guidance.  

This has worked for me numerous times in Hawaii.
