How do you get audio from a youtube video to use as your own?

For example, someone made a parody of neil cicigera's(sorry for misspelling) wizard swears using audio from the original and plugging it into something else.

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces..
