The only good answer I can give is, you can't.  Once the video is uploaded you can really only add to it.  You can add annotations or music (that's on the youtube database).  Other than that, nothing can be done unless you delete the video and upload a version without audio.  The stats, comments and the like for the old video will be gone and you'll start fresh with this new one.
