How do you get back at a brother that wont stop tattling?

every time when i watch tv or do something he cant he goes to my mom and she gives him whatever he wants and i am o sick of being nice to him if he wont be nice back

Are the rules different for you and your brother?  Are you allowed to watch television but he is not?  If he is tattling when you are doing something that you are allowed to do, then the person he tattles to should explain to him that you have permission.  It is time to speak to your Mom about what you are allowed to do and what he is allowed to do.  She needs to set specific rules and, when those are enforced, your brother will not be listened to when he tattles.

Tell him something not true, and watch him tattle it. Pretend you accidently told him something or pretend it's a secret. Something totally not true (and make sure it's ridiculous or you can prove it's fake just in case your mom sides with him at first). Once he sees what it's like getting in trouble (for lying), you can let him know the war will either go on or you can be on the same team-- and that you'd rather be on the same team.
