Let her know that you were offended by what she did, but do NOT look for revenge. If you get back at her, she'll get back at you, then you'll get back at her, and so on and so on. Revenge is just a never-ending circle, don't get involved with it. If she acts rude to you again, find a new friend. Someone who is more than willing to lose your trust more than once is really not a good friend (h**l, you shouldn't even give her a second chance if what she did was so bad. But it's probably a good idea if you want to keep being friends with her).

You'll find that so many people betray you in life that it's not even worth keeping track of after a while.

While revenge sounds sweet it really accomplishes nothing. The best way to "get back at" your ex friend is to move on with your own life and not let what she did drag you down. Getting embroiled in fighting with her will only take time away from developing you own potential and hopefully making better friends. She won't change, even if you hurt her.
