How do you get back on your feet after falling behind financially?

i just moved so i had the rent deopsit, first months rent, elecrtic and gas connection fees, plus my car broke down and needed to be repaired, and I had to take care of a traffic ticket all in the last month I got through but ended up maxing my credit card and am unable to to get anymore out of direct deposit advancement.........my question is now i have all the over draft fees from my bank and a much higer payment on my credit card due to it maxing out so how do i catch up now?

You have to do two things simultaneously.  1.  Make more money.  2.  Spend less.  Most people waste huge money going out to eat, buying magazines, extras on cell phones, all sorts of things, things they don't actually need and this can amount to a hundred or more every month.  DON'T WASTE MONEY.  You may also want to consider a second job.
