I repair MRI coils that come in with allot of nasty stuff.  Now to get to the barf out you need to take the radio out of the car, take the cover off and clean alcohol and Q-tips, any thing that does not come out with alcohol can be removed with a little water on a Q-tip.

You could try a shopvac with a small crevice tool, but I doubt it'd work too well unless you disassembled it.

Although, If it's really bad, I'm going with other votes for just replacing it.

Vacuum or replace.  Barf and electronics doesn't mix like gin & tonic.
