How do you get blood out of the carpet (my brother).....?

kk so my brother and i are down in the basement and he comes running up to me screaming and i stay calm and said what.... then he starts crying and he is bleeding all over the floor so i run him into my bathroom and get my dad... he freaks out at us so i need to know how to get blood out of the carpet.... (my brother stepped on a wall hanging tack)

Hydrogen Peroxide works to get blood stains out.... test a spot by blotting it on with a dry cloth.

Spot Shot brand carpet cleaner is a solvent than can get ANYTHING out of a carpet.  Hydrogen Peroxide may bleach your carpet.

oxy clean.. stuff does wonders

peroxide --test on an out of the way spot first to be sure it doesn't remove the carpet dye.

if it's ok, then pour some on the blood, blot it up. repeat a few times. wash the rest of the stain out with cold water & soap--bar soap works pretty good at getting blood out
