How do you get blue tac out of a carpet?

I'm guessing your talking about that sticky tack stuff used for posters...

If it has been ground into the carpet, you won't be able to get it out.

If it hasn't been ground in, try this. Get some ice and start "freezing" it. Once it gets hard you can start to pull it out. You can also freeze it and use a small pair of scissors to slowly cut it while taking as little of the carpet as possible. Just be sure with either way that you keep putting ice on it to keep it hard. Just don't let the ice completely melt on it.  After you get it out of the carpet, just use a little carpet cleaner to finish cleaning up.
