You are probably thinking of the viking suit.

Go to the viking time zone, put on your gliders.

Jump on top of the entrance to the cave, and jump and glide across to the right.

If done right, you should land on a tall cliff and to your right should be the viking suit.

BTW do you mean the gliders when you say dragon wings?
