How do you get bumper stickers on a myspace profile?

i just got a myspace a few days ago, and i noticed that some of my friends have these bumper sticker things on this message board thing. how can i get that on my profile? thanks.

go under your meanu on your home page on myspace and should say add app's click on that and type in the search bar bumper sticker! and then click on that and press add app
