How do you get caller ID manager?

I got a prank call twice and i wanna find out who and i looked at a question saying get caller ID manager...sooooooo...how do i get it?

I was looking for one to block out telemarketers. I'm on the "do not call" list but still get 6-10 calls a day! I found the makers website only to see they have discontinued it.Here is the page ( http://www.privacycorps.com/products/ ) It's hard to believe they are the only ones to make a product like this.
