How do you get caller id? and what are the fees and all that? im clueless?

Just call your phone company and tell them that you want there caller ID service. It should not be more than 4-5 dollars extra a month.

With my telephone service caller ID is one of the features that's included in the package.  It should be.  if not you may want to check around for another provider.
