  1. You don't -- you're a US citizen where ever you live. You

    take up residency, pay taxes, get a drivers license from

    a certain state. But the don't mean much cause you travel

    and can change residences whenever you please --

    pretty sweet huh ?


  2. If you mean status as to living there as a resident-probably each has it own length of time but in California its one or two years. Its not a citizenship thing-you are a citizen of all states-rather legal residencial status.
