How do you get coffee with cream stains out of your rug?

I like the resolve carpet cleaner.  Spray it on, lightly rub it in, then blot the stain with a clean cloth until all of the coffee is on the cloth.  A shampooer may be needed, but try the resolve first.

try oxiclean and warm water then blot up on fold a towel and step on it.  you may have to repeat it
