How do you get cyber-stein in yu gi oh world championship 2007/2008?

how do you get cyber-stein in yu gi oh world championship 2007/2008? please help! how about... 10 points for best answer?

I don't know much about the games... I've never played them before. But, if there's some kind of "password machine" where you imput a card's ID number and you recieve the card, here's what you should do:

Go on Google, Ask, Yahoo, etc and search for images of the card, Cyber Stein. Once you find a large, clear picture where the ID number is readable, put that number into the password machine. Then you'll be able to get your Cyber Stein card.

That's what I've done with cards I've wanted but haven't had. It's worked with almost all of them! ^_^

(Oh yeah, the ID number is the number in small digits at the bottom right-hand side of the card... right near the little gold/silver shiny square thing at the corner of the card.)
