How do you get dialga on pearl

some one said talk to an old woman and she talks about it and then she said to go somewere to get i forgot the rest

You can only get it by trading, or by using the GTS, once you have it in your Pokedex.

You cannot get dialga in pearl you can only get palkia you can either trade with friend or at GTS.

you can not get dialga in pearl. the only way is to trade it with your pokemon.
