How do you get ear plugs from your ipod to fit confotably in your ear?

my headphones that i'd had for 10 years are heading for retirement and so i got a new pair of ear plugs. they're a ***** to deal with. when one is in, the other pops out. then they just kill my outer ear. i may sound old, but i'm no older than 14.

Just find a pair you do like and replace them.

sony has a few good sets out there. but my suggestion dont go for a cheap pair they only lead to pain. i got a pair actually with a rca cd player that hook onto your ear and they kinda fit in your ear but they are the best plugs ive had so far. as far as plugs falling out the only real solution is crazy glue or duct tape
