How do you get font letters like these: ηιкtιє?

i've seen alot of people with them and i was wondering? i want to put them on my 360? well, thanks :)

Those are the Cyrillic alphabet used in Russian speaking countries. You just pick Cyrillic as a font from your choice of fonts in your display options.
