Hello,Alright your suppose to go on contacts and then scroll until it says add a contact and first make sure have your friends screen name so you can type it in and then click next until it says congratlations you added this person to your list and if they are not online they will notice it when they sign on yahoo and it will ask them if they want to add you,deny you,or block you.Yeah so its that simple.
