How do you get from JFK airport to Rye New York at midnight and how much does it cost?

Basically, I need to pick up four family members from the JFK airport and take them to Rye, New York. Since they're flight arrives at midnight, the Rye Shuttle from the airport is not working. Other than public transport -- like the train -- are there other options. Other Rental vans or shuttles I should look at?
