How do you get from Paris - Roissy Charles- de-Gaulle (Roissy-CDG) to Paris - Orly Airport?

I have a flight from london to paris Roissy-CDG airport that has an airport transfer to Paris Orly Airport. I have 5 hours to get there, how do i get from CDG to Orly airport both in Paris? Is there a free shuttle? Do i have to pay? How far are the airports from each other in Kilometers/miles and/or minutes?
