The National Cycle Network in Surrey

Two routes of the National Cycle Network pass through Surrey with another one (route 22) now being implemented.

The Thames Valley Cycle Route (route 4) enters Surrey at Molesey by Hampton Court Palace, and running through to Walton-on-Thames, Chertsey, Thorpe Park and Runnymede to leave through Windsor Great Park.

The Downs and Weald Cycle Route (route 21) enters Surrey near Warlingham, and running over the North Downs to Redhill, leaving the county via Horley and Gatwick Airport.

Route 22 is now complete between Rowledge, Farnham and Guildford. It will eventually go via Dorking and Epsom Downs to leave Surrey near Carshalton. Once complete route 22 will link London with Portsmouth.
