Take 95 over the GWB to the parkway. Should be the fastest, but make sure you leave early. very early in the morning would be best.

Dont think you can use mass transit, but the trip might take about 2.5 hours with light traffic

I know it sounds crazy to go this roundabout way, but if you are leaving at any waking hour of the day, taking the George Washington Bridge is a baaaad idea.

From Port Chester it is better to get on 287 around NYC using the Tappan Zee Bridge. Once you cross the Hudson, get on the beginning of the Garden State Parkway, exit 14A or so... Take the parkway all the way until the point pleasant exits, and good luck finding a parking spot.
