How do you get glow-in-the-dark paint out of clothing?

Needless to say I took said clothing to the dry-cleaners. It came back with the red wine stains gone but the glow-in-the-dark paint still there. Does anyone know a safe way to remove the stain? It's a white dress with black and red flowers, but the paint is mostly on the white.

  1. So why are you drinking red wine and painting in in a white dress?  (Sounds like a recipe for disaster, which it apparently was.)

On an obscure location of the dress, try using some paint thinner, or some lacquer thinner to see how it reacts to the fabric, then try on the paint surface.

The paint may have already been set, so you may not be able to remove it.  Then your choice is to risk destroying the dress, or to not wear it at night.
