  1. An overall exercise of several movements will provide results for you... crunches alone will only give you a partial workout. leg lifts and pelvic rotations while laying down will help along with leg thrusts with weights while standing will also help and overall workout...


  2. 1. Cardio:::: At least 30 minutes per day to remove excess fat around the abs.

    2. Diet:::: cut out the obvious fatty foods; eat healthy and drink loads of water

    3. Crunches:::: 3 sets of your limit. So, do as many as you can in the 1st set, take a 40 second break, then repeat a further 2 more times.

    Do these crunches every 3 days. NOT everyday, as your body needs time to recover.

  4. there is no easy way, eat right, and put in some effort, workout in the morning instead of at night and dont give up it will take time to develop great abs!
