okay i've been trying everything but i just can't get my hair like this : /

how do you get hair like that?

i think when its still wet

not like wet wet, but damp, u put mouse

cus it depends if ur hair is strait or curly

if its curly then jus let it dry.

if its straight, crunch it up so it`ll get curlyish

You need some surf spray.

Try Bumble and Bumble or for a cheaper one, sunsilk works great, too.

then  just scrunch it. If that doesn't work, then braid it loosely beofre you go to bed or for a whole day before going out, and spritz it with hairspray and surf spray before taking it out of braids.

You can also try loosely wrapping your hair and a small 1 inch curling iron. Don't pull it too tight or it will be very curly!

Wash your hair at night, braid it into pigtails, wake up, take the braids out.  TADA.  No joke.  That's how I do it.

Put these things in your hair when it is wet and either wait for your hair to dry or sleep in them....then you can take them out, spray some shine spray and light hold hairspray on your hair. They have a spray... can't remember who makes it, buts it is called "beach hair". Brush your wet hair, dry it with a blow dryer, and use your hands, not a brush. avoid touching the top near your part because your hands have natural oils, and can make it look greasy. Once your hair is mostly dry, spritz on the beach hair and scrunch it.

first of all whats ur naturall hair like . is it naturally straight cuz then just use this product sunsilk waves of envy texturizing spray and spray it in your damp hair and lightly scrunch

but if your hairs naturally curly doo the same as above but then when its almost dry braid it

Straighten your hair completely then damp its a bit on the ends with water then take some gel (L'oreal Studio its the best!) and put it on the ends by scrunching it and rubbing it with your two hands on your hair and then just put some hairspray.

Use a curling iron, and curl thin strips of your hair, if your hair were to be thin it could take less time. And I would say put over a light mist of hairspray so it stays...Then again I'm not sure about Ashlee simpson's hair....
