You hold the end and brush backwards towards your head.

use hairspray and get a comb and just tease it

y have to straighten it and then blow dry it and keep repeating.

use hair spray once u get it

take it in layers and backcomb it (brush towards the scalp) and then the top couple of layers back again so its smoothed out were you can see. :)

you have to get layers, and lease your hair with a comb. and then use hairspray to make sure it stays.
