How do you get in a skate team like element?

Start small, with a local skate shop

Compete in as many comps as possible and place in them.  As you get better, you will gain more and more sponsors.  You may get lucky and Element's scout might be there, be impressed by your skating and steez and sign you up.  You may also have to make a sponsor me video and send it in to them.  Details should be on their website.

send in a sponser me video to the company showing really hard tricks. also get some footage of u skateing at ur local skatepark

you would probably have to start a business and if it runs well, start sponsoring skaters, and business has to grow and expand, it just has to be a big company.....its all about marketing
