How do you get in contact with a human at yahoo to report an abusive poster on their message boards?

Been trying to get yahoo to remove a user from the message boards for his continual abuse of other posters...

Is there any way to get in touch with yahoo to get them to deal with it permanently?

I have tried the "report abuse" function..and the poster is still there abusing posters.

Why won't yahoo do something?

Is it me your talking about?? Do you not realise that if you get them removed they can just open another account and still abuse people??

Why dont you email him and tell him he's a little abuser!!??

Try calling 020-7131-1000 between 9.00am and 5.00pm. You may have to give details of your YA account. Tell them if you do not recieve a satisfactory reply you will consider taking further action either legally or through another media outlet like the popular press. Good Luck!

If you look at the little boxes beneath your question you will find 'report it' and thats where you give your reasons for removal of =====ok you did that.

It is boring to see these abusers so mail the questioner and maybe they can remove it from their answers column.
