  1. Nothing man. You have to be born that way. Don't bother even trying anymore, just find another sport !!!


  2. do a LOT of push ups. that will help you with pop ups. do bench presses too. it is important to get your uppes body into shape for pop ups and paddling. you should also run along the beach in the sand. that will help your leg muscles because those are also important in surfing. but the 2 best ways are to go swimming in lakes, pools, what ever body of water you can swim in. but the ocean is always best. and get out there and surf. that is the number 1 best way to get in shape.
