Just tell them you went to school with a guy named Kurt, and he ask your to meet him here... It works all the time. And if the police show up, Just stuff your hand into the front of your jacket really face. The cops will fear you for that, they will back off and will let you stay. I guarantee it!!

I you are referring to the Miller Lite Party Deck, which is next to the tunnel near the entrance to turn 1, the tickets for that are given away by radio stations and other media.  If you listen to any of the numerous stations in and around Michigan, many of them have a pair of tickets that they are giving away as part of a sweepstakes.  If you live in the area, listen to your local radio station, or check out its website, to see if they are participating in the promotion.
