How do you get in the pokemon gym in Saffron city on (GBA)

If you're already inside Saffron City, then to get inside the gym, you need to beat Giovanni inside the huge building (Silph. CO). Once you have beated him, all the Rocket team members will retreat, and you can advance.

If you still haven't figured out how to get inside the city itself, go to Celedon Market. On the top floor will be some vending machines. Buy Fresh Water (200 Pkmoney) and give it to on of the Guard around the Saffron city. Due to their thirst, they will let you through. Good luck ;).

Go in team rocket tower(the realy tall building) Search around get the key card. Go to floor three open the gate. Go to the teleporter. Face gary. Heal by that guy next to him. Continue and beat the boss. When you beat him you will get a master ball a the Saffron gym will be open.
