How do you get in touch with someone who organises adoption not uk or usa?

I have unfortunately had an early menopause before my family is complete. I have read of families and single people who have adopted or even come to their own arrangement with a mother. All agencies seem to be usa and the uk ones rarely have or place small babies. We have such alot to offer and don't know where to find the relevant info
