like the others said, a cold shower will work best, then hot...if u just mean off walls, just rip em off one by one, keeping it from getting to airborn, this will just cuz ichy throat or eyes and maybe skin depending on which type of insul.  the pink aint that best at all unless u build up a sweat and if its the green, roc-sol then cover up, wear long sleves and a mask, because it can cause cancer.

INSULATION     YUCK.

Take as COLD a shower as you can tollerate.  The warmer the shower the larger your pures open up, allowing more penetration.  Let the cold shower wash off most of it and then you can warm up the shower and continue with the standard cleaning.  Some people are like me, a tradesman who gets exposed more, and tollarates insulation better than some.  

STORYTIME:

One time I was on a job, and my bosses daugter was also there covering hvac with a brown insulation called rock-wool (the realy itchy stuff).  I was funning her about how great her job must be working with insulation all day.  She thought she could make me pay for my sarcasm by bear-hugging all that insulation on to me.  I just laughed and enjoyed her trying to make me feel uncomfortable.

I use duct tape rolled backwards over the roll like a lint remover then only take cold as tollerable showers it opens the skin pore and releases much better than hot water
