How do you get into image searching on yahoo?

Curious how Yahoo puts images in their search for images -

what gets you to show up in their image searches?

I think the system is pretty much the same as yahoo search.

You can submit your site by clicking "submit your site" button at the bottom of the page, that way the system will be able to find it (and the images you put there) at their next search.

Yahoo scans it's sites picking up images that people have placed on yahoo websites and they are placed into yahoo image search. it comes from their own cache files while scanning. if you place an image on any yahoo site it will pick it up when it scans where you placed it. since yahoo is massive it takes them a while to scan every site they have so if your photo is removed before the scan takes place it won't pick it up. once it is picked up it goes into the file. The photo will end up in their system but finding the file may take time depending on where they posted it into their own filing system.
